 During this period my responsibility was to manage the design in the ongoing projects for JW Marriot Doha .JW Marriot Bahrain, AL Gharrafa Private four villas and Muraikh residential Complex. Managing the quality of the production of the Produced information from various parties involved in the design process and liaise with authorities’ to manage the approval process and I was handling more than Four projects in various design stages up to the early construction initiation. Managing the Technical Team and organize the daily tasks.  Developing the team performance to secure a smooth operation to enhance the delevarables
