Projects Manager with a demonstrated history of working in O&M, construction of electromechanical works and industrial engineering industry, I graduated from Higher Technological Institue (HTI) in Egypt with grade B+, Currently I am managing O&M for capital MEP projects included engineering value in additional to construction, design and built projects, I used to manage the projects in professional way by applying full studying and planning start from RFP till projects handover included project schedule (time frame), method statement and risks identification with propsed solutions, in order to achieve portfolio goals. Developing, controlling, and forecasting the project's budget, in order to minimize the deviation from the budget and ensure that the project is completed within the approved objectives. Also I got experience in maintaining equipment of road and bridge constructions companies through operation & maintenance of all electrical works (emergency power and control),Certified from NFPA as emergency power systems specialist (CEPSS), Authorized in KSE and KFD (Fire alarm system) in kuwait, I finished courses in MEFMA association CFM, PLC, AutoCAD, C++, Primavera P6, Arduino, and Dialux, Electrical distribution systems, in addition to management courses like PMP.
