Daily Progress report & monthly project P/L Statement updating with details of all the resources(Manpower & Machine) utilized at site.-Supervise specifications, and and manage quality all on-site standards. construction activities, he, C" 5 ensuring ie compliance complance with with project- Plan for upcoming month targeted invoice and accordingly focus on target to maintain cash flow.Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.-Monitoring sites progress for ongoing jobs in case of delay in progress - making record, reasonsfor delay.-Monitor and control material wastage-Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper proceduresare being carried out.⁃ Provide technical guidance and support to Site engineer, General Forman, and Subcontractors-resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process-Monitor and report to Construction manager the project progress and evaluate civil contractorperformance.-Coordinate with technical team , architects, and other stakeholders to develop and implementconstruction plan and schedules- Manage a procurement item schedule in tandem with line managers indicating delivery datesand the status of the pending material/s deliveries and follow up delivery datesEnsure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.-Ensure the implemented work as per project specifications, approved shop drawings andproposed method statements following necessary safety procedure within the time frame andprogress of the approved construction program-Review the subcontractor's bills for payment.Follow and perform HSE Plan on site
