From a young age, I was captivated by the science and innovation behind energy extraction, which led me to pursue a degree in Petroleum Engineering. Today, I bring that early fascination to life every day, leading teams and projects with a dedication to precision, safety, and continuous improvement.Over the past 10+ years, I've honed my expertise in managing drilling and workover rig operations. I’ve gained a deep, technical understanding of downhole tools, equipment optimization, and engineering analysis, which allows me to streamline operations, troubleshoot under pressure, and keep projects on track—even in high-stakes environments. My role demands both technical skill and interpersonal finesse; I pride myself on creating an environment where safety is paramount, and teams are empowered to achieve exceptional results.Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of leading complex drilling initiatives from planning stages through to successful execution. At NUS-PETRO, I’ve played a key role in reducing downtime by optimizing well performance and proactively addressing operational challenges.
