- Supervision of raw and packaging material lab including release or rejection of the material, management sample withdrawal according to agreed upon plan and urgency.- Reviewing analysis process & the relevant end results to guarantee high quality according to GLP. - Creation and updating SOPs for different processes and instruments of the lab.- EMEA Certification team member representing Quality Control Department.- ISO 17025 Accreditation team member responsible for preparation of required SOP and its implementation to comply with the requirements of ISO 17025. - Sharing in Determination of the needed new instrument for the lab with effective involvement in offers comparison & best supplier choice.- Follow-up of calibration, qualification and maintenance plan for different instruments in quality control department.- Creation and update of Raw Materials Test Methods according to Pharmacopeia and internal specifications. - Sharing in hiring process for the best candidates through interviews & assessments- Co-ordination with logistics for reference standard purchasing. - Follow-up the plan of standardization of working standards. - Creation of Laboratory Work Sheet project. - Training of the raw material lab new commers. - Preparation of Quality Control Department training plan and the required arrangements and follow-up. - Organize and plan for internal audits for Quality Control Department- Follow-up and Implement corrective and preventive actions raised from audits and different NCR'S- Responsible for the purchase file in Quality Control Department - Responsible for all MOH requirements related to raw materials.- Preparation of all raw materials documents required for registration. - Coordinate with production team to release raw materials according to the agreed upon plan and urgency.- Follow up of sampling process according to quality requirement and according to sampling plan.
