With responsibility for Rooms Division, F & B, and Spa of the hotel, my primary role is to ensure that our guests are provided the highest levels of service at all times and to continually move the boundaries to surprise and delight them. I also have the responsibility for the satisfaction; retention and development of over 215 associates as well as ensuring profitability targets are met.
