Reporting to CEO - Industrial Platform Job Responsibilities:• Leading and Managing 5 Dubai Investments’ industrial platforms subsidiaries & monitoring major KPIs to be achieved.• Responsible for the performance of the subsidiaries General Managers and working closely with them to achieve the KPIs set by the Board and CEO.• Responsible for directing the implementation of new & existing strategic projects in the Industrial Platform Sector.• Direct & review on going operational requirements of all subsidiaries including human resources, business demands and financial requirements as per the delegation of authority matrix.• Review new & existing strategic investments & provide suggestion to improve the profitability with the main objective of increasing stakeholder value, profitability, performance, expansion plans of the business.• Review yearly budget preparation of all subsidiaries and monitor achievement by analyzing actual v/s forecasted budgets previous year budgets for the subsidiaries and report budget analysis to board of directors/CEO.• Attend all board of directors meeting to support and follow up financial or operational objectives as per direction.• Monitor & follow up performance of DI’s subsidiaries. Ensure effective routine functioning of all activities and prepare periodic performance reports for all the subsidiaries.• Prepare quarterly reports on the DI subsidiaries outlining achievements versus plans, challenges faced & suggestions for improvements. Promptly submit the report to the CEO.• Ensure compliance with all legal, contractual, audit, regulatory & risk management.• Review all activities related to project management, project implementation, project resource allocation within the budget and recommend to the CEO any additional resources if required.• Ensure implementation of DI’s process & procedures are implemented in compliance with DI’s standards.• Support divestures of DI investee/PE investments.

Promptly submit the report to the Group General Manager / Coo.• Monitor the development and execution of DI subsidiaries objectives.• Ensure compliance with all legal, contractual, audit, regulatory and risk management.• Review the detailed implementation plan all existing and new projects.• Review all activities related to project management, project implementation, project resource allocation within the budget and recommend to the Group General Manager / COO any additional resources if required.• Direct and review on-going operational support to clients.• Ensure implementation of DI’s process and procedures are implemented in compliance with DI’s standards and quality management system.• Review budget preparation of all subsidiaries and report to the Board of Directors Management.• Review yearly budget achievement by analyzing actual v/s forecasted budgets previous year budgets for the subsidiaries and report budget analysis to Board of directors / managers.• Support Board of Directors on follow up certain financial or operational objectives as per direction.• Support divestures of DI Investee / PE Investments. • Perform any other related job duties as requested by General Manager / COO.
