Have been working with Nesr Aljazirah since the 23rd of March 2020, it was a difficult and challenging road, and under these rough times I've gain a different kind of experiences and responsibilities, such as:1- Providing clear plan each day to increase the production rate and produce efficiently.2- Inspecting the work of 13 teams of technicians to ensure the quality of the production hits the marks.3- Writing detailed reports of the daily production and each technician progress through out the month for bonuses and rewards.4- Communicating with the company operating the project and the company ownings the project.5- Writing the production data in excel to have an easy access to old and new data.6- Ensuring the safety of the workers by providing them safety equipment and masks.7- Responsible for 3 projects: Meter Box Inspection and Replacement, Meter Inspection and Restoring and Shutting Down Electricity for Customers.8- Overseeing projects worked by sub-contacters.
