Project: Buildings and Infra-structure activities of DWC (Dubai World Central)Description: The DWC being spread over 140 Sq Km area consists of AL Maktoum airport and six cities (Logistic City, Residential City -1100 Buildings, Exhibition City, Commercial City -850 High-rise Towers, Aviation City and Golf City). planning and zoning department is regulatory body at DWC ( the authority for the entire area) me as civil Engineer i do the below and not limited to :•Aptly handle the organizational development control processes which include issuance of the affection plan, site services, land demarcation, soil investigation, Preliminary & Final Design review approval, building permit, mobilization permit- till to the Operation Fitness Certificate.•Involve as a construction manager with Project Management Office (PMO) to complete the projects milestones within specified time frame.•Review preliminary design drawings as per development guidelines of the authority for all cities/Phases/Zones.•Review and approved the coordination drawings during project life cycle. •Establish, maintain and develop the integrated management system (IMS).•Follow snags rectification during building completion process.•Receive project close-out deliverables as an end user like as-built drawings, warranties & operation manual for the DWC Cities/Airport-facilities.•Monitor consultant /contractor construction activities as per development guidelines and regulation of the authority.•Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.•Ensure customer satisfaction providing them the appropriate information/services as & when requested.
