•As an RF Engineer the main aim of this project was to design a small cell network in the Philadelphia market to offload the existing congested Macro sites/sectors.•Performed detailed geo-location analysis of the pre-existing sites in the market through MapInfo, this helped in producing reliable coverage maps and helped in better planning.•The new 1450 small cells were planned in such a way that they covered all possible coverage gaps thereby improved the network performance considerably for T-Mobile’s band 4 2100Mhz technology.•Prepared a comprehensive list of small cell sites, mapped and scheduled for the survey to be done.•Responsibly sent out daily schedule packages providing the Field Engineers with all the data like site location,heat maps, proposed azimuths etc.•Surveyed the sites and coordinated with Crown Castle Team in pole selection which was done considering both the network & construction parameters. The key KPIs used as a reference here was RSRP and SINR.•Provided 3 possible candidates for every site, each survey was well documented through online forms providing the necessary information and reference pictures.•Compiled the daily and weekly reports to be sent to T-Mobile, strictly keeping the schedule on track.•Data integrity was maintained all through the process to minimize any possible re-walks.

Walk Test at Progressive Field Stadium, Ohio - Verizon •Performed pre and post-optimization, this task included carrying out Volte call test and throughput DL/UL test in all the sectors and floor of the stadium and log the data through Solutelia software. •Compiled all these logs collected from different UEs and analyzed them through Actix software, this included pulling out the UE compatibility messages, mapping the data onto the indoor floor plans, observing the call flows and the layer 3 messages.•Walk test on the Verizon’s LAA sectors of the site was also done to record the carrier aggregation up to SCC3 for Band 46 along with its main bands 4 and 13.•Documented and made floor plan reports for both floating and Band locked testing scenarios and submitted it to Nokia in a timely manner.

E911 Call test Validation for Sprint (January 2019 – May 2019)•As the RF project coordinator worked on the PSAP E911 call testing for Sprint throughout the NE region.•Well adept with the Sprint’s program management tools (PMO website, Web source) to manage the entire project work plans, issues, risks and dependencies.•Managed multiple teams by maintaining their daily schedules, and responsible for the managing the inventory for all the specially provisioned UEs provided by the Sprint along with position sourced GPS Garmin devices etc.•Validated the E911 calls made by the team on the Sprint’s LAM server through a secure VPN.•Coordinated logistics of all call tester teams to ensure testing is completed accurately and efficiently fulfil all the requirements provided by Sprint.•Coordinated with the PSAP for scheduling the LIVE E911 calls & their validation through the Sprint’s support team.•Responsible for daily end of the summaries and the consolidated reports, to make sure that all the sites are being completed as their given time
