• Receipt purchase requests from each department• Get quotations from suppliers , prepare and review purchase orders • Prepare correspondence , forms and purchase reports• Following up with suppliers to get goods in time• Follow up with finance department to finalize suppliers payment• Ensure and maintain stock control of documentation cycle according to ISO roles

 Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests. Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs Contact vendors in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems. Compare vendor`s bills with purchase orders in order to verify accuracy. Responsible for freight from the origin to JBL warehouse or customer location if direct ship. Complete rotation timetable and owns this until receipt of credit note
