# Job Responsibility: ● Managing electrical parts of construction projects.● To plan, organize, monitor, and implement electrical building services.● To aid in the whole project implementation, from the beginning to the end.● Attend all project meetings as required.● Coordinate with the project’s stakeholders such as clients, architects, consultants from other disciplines, contractors, etc.● Overseeing the contractor within implement electrical works.● Reviewing shop drawings (SDS) according to the project's technical specifications.● Review material submittal (MAR) according to vendor list and specs of the project.● Inspect all electrical work at project sites (MIR, WIR) to monitor progress and ensure conformance to electrical design specifications and safety.● Providing technical advices at (RFI, RFP).● Reviewing and approval the implemented quantities and the project ongoing invoices.● Inspect and attend factory test for long lead item equipment (RMU, MVSG, Transformers, LV panel board) according to MAR approval and project specs.● Study the modifications required by the owner in terms of the possibility of implementing them and the technical and financial impact of this amendment● Making sure budgets, timescales, and project specifications are met.● Checking and preparing site reports according to follow-up process and implementing progress.● Problem-solving.● Ensuring site safety.
