Villas & (G+3) Building Projects :Day-to-Day site visit for all projects and making reports.Analysis all site problems and give solutions. Using the level machine to locate the excavation depth in the site .Using AUTOCAD to make the as-built drawing and submit it to the consultant .Estimate the quantities for all materials in the new tender's and making full BOQ bid . Submit the bid to the consultant and discuss it with him.Get all the requiring tests and papers for reinforcement steel and concrete testing from labs.Apply for Land Demarcations & Specifying Levels in planning and survey department website.Coordinating with municipality for checking and visiting the site.Apply for temporary electric connection in SEWA .Coordinates with municipality to get the project completion certificate.

Working as a team leader (Site Engineer) with responsibilities first site investigation, planning,Supervising the construction, installing the equipment and machinery’s, testing the concrete (slump test) and Coordinating with the project manager to Handle all the problems that might happen in the site with less efforts and good conclusion.Prepare detailed construction and installation drawings, estimating equipment’s, labor, andMaterial costs. Initiate work authorization request and submit request with substantiatingDrawings and documents to the Senior management for approval.Checking the structural elements, foundations, columns, beams, and slabs before and post-casting for structural integrity and quality. Check the Bill of Quantities, prepare the invoices at various stages of the project; review theplanning and setting up of all the construction activities for execution, Report on siteconstruction progress, activities, etc.
