The project consists of three buildings (1 basement, 1 ground floor and 7-replicated storey) with totalcost of $ 25 Million EGP, where my responsibility is to provide full supervision for one complete building.•Key responsibilities:---Responsible for the execution of all construction works, on multiple project sites simultaneously, from handover through to project closure.---Responsible to ensure all work activities are carried out in accordance with; Plan, the Method Statement, contracted scope of works, best practices and client obligations.--- Participate in project review meetings with the Line Manager to aid in decision making on project performance, challenges and efficient utilization of resources.---Ensure resource assigned for projects are carrying out their job as per defined role and the optimal utilization to avoid duplication of efforts and process.---Support the Line Manager by providing technical, engineering, and practical judgment during initiation & through the project life cycle.---Preparing BOQs and invoices.

Project: The Housing Project Of The Giza's Youth at 6 October City, Egypt. The project consists of seven-story buildings, with total cost of 15Million EGP, where my responsibility was to provide full supervision for Seven building .---Responsible for the execution of all construction works, on multiple project sites simultaneously, from handover through to project closure including mobilization, procurement, installation, commissioning,monitoring and demobilization.---Responsible to ensure all work activities are planned and carried out in accordance with; the Method Statement, contracted scope of works, best practices and client obligations.---Participate in project review meetings with the Line Manager to aid in decision making on projectperformance, challenges and efficient utilization of resources.---Ensure resource assigned for projects are carrying out their job as per defined role and the optimal utilization to avoid duplication of efforts and process.---Support the Line Manager by providing technical, engineering, and practical judgment during initiation& through the project life cycle.
