Duties & Responsibilities : • Responsible of monitoring & supervise production process for Fabrication of Steel Structure Industrial Building that’s included many items (beams & columns, trusses, storage tanks, steel bridges, walk ways, handrails & ladders, over head cranes, belt conveyors ) and Storage yards, Conveyors structure, Pipe racks and supports, Steel frames, Transmission Towers and Telecommunication Towers.• Shop scheduling, resource planning, budgeting, and productivity measurement.• Leading over 150 workers (welders, fitters, technicians, helpers & supervisors), co-ordinate and motivate the team with optimum use of resources and opportunities offered.• Trial assembly & client hand over.• Achieving production plan.• Study Drawings and making work assembly. Prepare assembly procedure for special items.• Distributing & monitoring work orders and solve any technical problems.• Prepare assembly procedure for special items.

Duties & Responsibilities :• Responsible of monitoring & supervise all production process for Continuous Casting Machine of Steel making (CCM).• Coordinating between Electric Arc Furnace (EAF), Ladle furnace (LF) and Continuous Casting Machine (CCM) to make continuity of casting.• Work scheduling, resource planning, productivity measurement and Daily reporting for work status.• Leading over 50 workers (technicians, helpers, workers & supervisors), co-ordinate and motivate the team with optimum use of resources and opportunities offered • Achieving production plan.
