* Develop and implement project plan for improving delivery of ourprojects.* Prepare monthly and yearly analysis reports for projects progress.* Schedule tasks, deadlines and milestones for all involved parties and resources.* Ensures that projects are planned and executed in a manner, consistent with companyinitiatives and objectives.* Coordinate suitable communication channel between our company and the client.* Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

-Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.- Issuing maintenance orders.- Prioritizing and achieving multiple tasks, establishing and meeting deadlines

-Respond to customer inquiries.-Research required information using available resources.-Handle and resolve customer complaints.-Provide customers with product and service information.-Process orders, forms and applications.-Identify and escalate priority issues.
