• Managing and leading the team of engineering professionals for planning and development of project.• Training & evaluation of engineering staff performance for continuous improvement. • Follow-up and collaboration with the Project Sponsor, Project Steering Committee, Functional Manufacturing Leaders, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Legal, Supply Chain, suppliers and contractors to ensure the seamless phase of project. • Review and approvals for detailed project design, process and different plant layouts and plans.• Leading plant Validation / Qualification activities for process and equipments.• Review and approval of engineering documents including equipment preventive maintenance plans, SOPs,…,etc.• Ensure compliance of the overall health and safety policies for site.• Responsible for inventory management of spare parts for all production equipments and utilities, availability of stocks for critical items. • To act as head of safety and emergency committee of the plant • Responsible for selecting, interviewing and recommending qualified candidates as staffing requirement arise.

I was responsible for the installation, commissioning, validation, training the operators, supervise the operation and all maintenance activities for the production machines and cleanrooms.

I was part of the team who built the factory and installed all the machines and equipments for both Utilities and Production lines.Then I was upgraded to Engineering Manager.
