34 years of experience in the industry, during my trip I enjoyed my work as a field engineer till my last assignment as Area manager for Egypt and Libya, used to work hard, adhering to the process, policies and work methods, most of the time as a team member and occasionally I have to move individually. As a team leader; strongly believe trusting my colleagues. motivating them through sitting clear objectives and fair and respectable leadership way, coaching them, set example, encouraging and support fast tracking talents. creating challenging positive work environment with avoiding conflicts amongst the team and between teams.I was proud leading 11 PSL with almost more than 1600 person, running 300M USD business with a great int'l organization as I was proud of my successful 34 years of experience in the oil business.
