My Journey as CEO: Building a Multi-Million Dollar Global EnterpriseOver the past 11 years part of my 21 years career, I have had the privilege of leading Advansys company through a remarkable transformation—taking it from a small startup to a multi-million-dollar operation with a truly global footprint. Based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), I’ve overseen the growth and expansion of our business into three international markets: North America, Europe and Middle East. In the process, we’ve built a robust, scalable operation that employs over 500 people globally, with Egypt serving as a critical offshore hub for engineering and technical operations.Here are some of the milestones and highlights of my leadership journey:From 5 FTEs to 500 Employees: I started with a small, passionate team of just five full-time employees in 2013. Over the next decade, we grew exponentially, reaching a workforce of over 500 by 2024. This growth was driven by a relentless focus on innovation, operational excellence, and the ability to adapt to a fast-evolving global marketplace.Year-on-Year Growth: Under my leadership, we achieved consistent 30% year-on-year growth in the past 3 years. This growth has been a testament to our strong business development strategy, as well as our ability to foster deep, long-term relationships with clients and partners worldwide.Strategic Partnerships: We became one of the top five platinum partners for UiPath in the Middle East, capturing 15% of the regional market share. This achievement was made possible by our deep expertise in automation and our commitment to providing innovative solutions that drive real business value.Strategic Acquisitions and Market Expansion: In December 2023, we successfully acquired Forte Cloud, a move that significantly enhanced our position in the cloud computing space. This acquisition allows us to capture 60% of the AWS market share in Egypt and will serve as a springboard for further expansion across the GCC region.Ambitious New Ventures: I am also proud to be spearheading the development of a $450 80MW Tier 3 million Data Centre project on the Suez Canal. Reflecting on the journey, I am incredibly proud of how far we’ve come. From humble beginnings, we have built a thriving global enterprise that continues to innovate and grow in an ever-changing industry. As we look to the future, I remain focused on scaling our operations, expanding our market share, and driving the next wave of technological advancement.
