Key Account Sales Lead
CurrentThe Key Account Sales Lead is responsible for overseeing the development of a significant portion ofthe Company’s leases. They will manage and develop professional rapport with one importantmobile operator client in order to both maximize sales opportunities, as well as ensure lastingrelationships. They will also be the primary liaison for assigned client requests, complaints, and otherfeedback and are responsible for both the generation of further sales opportunities in the clientaccount and the procurement of new business opportunities with the client. Additionally, the KeyAccount Sales Lead will participate in the design and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed atincreasing customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.• Initiate and develop quality working relationships with all decision makers and decision influencers within the assigned client.• Act as the primary point of contact for the client.• Proactively propose innovative solutions to client’s problems.• Act as the primary point of contact between assigned client and internal stakeholders whilecommunicating frequently with all levels within the customer to ensure satisfaction with TASCservices.• Develop a deep understanding of specific client needs and requirements.• Engage in strategic planning to improve client outcomes.• Analyze data to provide insight on client management.• Expand current client relationships and develop new revenue streams.• Gather and report client feedback on TASC products and other offerings to upper management.• Work with multiple departments and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and productive experience for the client.• Perform any relevant tasks as assigned by the Commercial Manager.
