Involved in Process Study (As-Is & To-Be), Master Data preparation, coordination with ABACUS implementation team and integration process mapping of Air Sial’s Passenger Sales & Reservation system (PSS) with SAP.• Responsible for preparation of AR Invoices, Credit Memo, Incoming payments of overall customers of Air Sial do reconciliations in SAP B1 and also prepare files to upload bulk Sales AR Data (AR Invoices, credit memo etc.) via DTW into SAP B1 Hana.• Responsible for Revenue reporting of all Revenue streams (Passenger, Cargo & Excess Baggage).• Actively reconciling and accounting for incoming Credit / Debit Card Digital (Receipts) across various digital / card-based sales channels of Air Sial such as POS machines and Internet Payment Gateways like HBL - CyberSource and UnionPay.• Responsible for processing Refunds on IPGs and handling chargeback requests.• Responsible for assigning Credit Limits into Agents ID of Air Sial’s in PSS upon confirmation of payments received.• Preparing monthly Bank Reconciliation data for centralized Collection Account.• Preparing monthly JVs for accounting section to incorporate Sales, Receivables and Revenue along with their related items, taxes and expenses.• Prepare reports of Daily/Fortnightly / Monthly calculation the agent’s receivable, SLAB Incentives, Extra Incentives, Productivity, Commission, Aging, Withholding Tax by collecting data from PSS.• Prepare receipt entries in PSS of incoming payments against sales of credit/debit agents, ATO/CTO office, Miscellaneous, EBT, and Cargo into Air Sial PSS which further reconciles with statement.• Dispatch of revenue stock (EBT, Airway Bills) to stations and maintain physical document records (E.g.
