• Lead the Electrical team of (10) members to conduct and perform the assigned tasks’ roles and responsibilities.• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop MEP system designs that align with the project's architectural and functional requirements.• Offer specialized knowledge in MEP engineering, codes, regulations, and industry standards.• Review and validate MEP designs for compliance and feasibility.• Oversee the engineer’s review of the contractors MEP shop drawings, material submittal, technical submittal ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant IFC, codes and regulations.• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality control during construction.• Provide regular progress reports and updates to management and clients, highlighting key milestones and issues.• Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and a commitment to delivering high-quality MEP services.• Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and regulations to provide innovative and compliant MEP solutions.• Identify opportunities for value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality or performance.• Address technical challenges and provide solutions during the design, construction, and operation phases of the project.• Oversee the commissioning of MEP systems to ensure they function as designed.• Ensure that all MEP systems are completed, tested, and commissioned to the client's satisfaction.• Facilitate the final closeout process, including obtaining necessary approvals and permitsMajor projects :- The view Hospital (Qatar) .- Waldorf Astoria (A Collection by Hilton) (Qatar).- Abu Humour Shopping Village (Qatar).- VIVA BAHRIYA VB-08 (Qatar .- Lusail Mix 26 (Qatar).- Korean Medical Center (KMC) .

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand the scope, goals, and requirements of the project.• Develop a detailed construction plan and schedule for MEP systems installation.• Create and manage budgets for MEP systems, ensuring that costs are within the allocated budget.• Monitor expenses, track variations, and make adjustments as necessary.• Assemble and manage a team of skilled professionals, including MEP engineers, subcontractors, and laborers.• Review and interpret MEP engineering drawings and specifications.• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other trades to ensure the seamless integration of MEP systems with the overall building design.• Procure materials, equipment, and systems needed for MEP installation.• Manage inventory and ensure that materials are delivered on time and in compliance with project specifications.• Implement quality control procedures to ensure that MEP systems are installed correctly and meet industry standards.• Conduct inspections and tests to identify and rectify any deficiencies.• Regularly inspect MEP work to track progress and ensure it aligns with the project schedule.• Identify and address any delays or issues that may impact the project timeline.• Handle change orders and variations in the scope of work, including estimating costs and obtaining necessary approvals• Maintain detailed records of all MEP-related activities, including drawings, specifications, permits, and inspection reports.• Prepare progress reports and updates for project stakeholders.• Oversee the commissioning of MEP systems to ensure they function as designed.• Prepare documentation and conduct training for building owners or operators.• Ensure that all MEP systems are completed, tested, and commissioned to the client's satisfaction.• Facilitate the final closeout process, including obtaining necessary approvals and permits.
