• Lead the Electrical team of (10) members to conduct and perform the assigned tasks’ roles and responsibilities.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop MEP system designs that align with the project's architectural and functional requirements.
• Offer specialized knowledge in MEP engineering, codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Review and validate MEP designs for compliance and feasibility.
• Oversee the engineer’s review of the contractors MEP shop drawings, material submittal, technical submittal ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant IFC, codes and regulations.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality control during construction.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand the scope, goals, and requirements of the project.
• Develop a detailed construction plan and schedule for MEP systems installation.
• Create and manage budgets for MEP systems, ensuring that costs are within the allocated budget.
• Monitor expenses, track variations, and make adjustments as necessary.
• Assemble and manage a team of skilled professionals, including MEP engineers, subcontractors, and laborers.
• Review and interpret MEP engineering drawings and specifications.
