• Request for inspection and follow-up on Saudi Aramco typical inspection and testing plans on Infrastructure scope.• Conducting gravity test for drainage pipes, hydro test for water supply network and firefighting network.• Raising RFI to client inspector for all Hold and witness points, in accordance with approved ITP.• Installation inspection of underground Buried pipeline such as GRP, PVC, UPVC, HDPE.• Raising NCR for any material and/or activity, which is not incompliance with applicable Standard and/or Project specification.• Pursue the root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action in order to close the NCRs• To ensure that any re-routing of piping system (as per site condition) is incorporated in Red Line Drawings.• Preparation and review of Test Package, prior to conduct Hydro/Gravity Test.• Preparation of punch list, prior to conduct Hydro/Gravity Test.• To verify that calibration of pressure test is valid.• To participate in witness of hydro/gravity test along with client representative for final acceptance of system.• To instruct and coordinate closely with contraction team for the implementation of quality plan, procedures and standard requirements.• Installation inspection of plumbing works in accordance with approved ITP.• Verification of as Built Drawings as per site condition.• Conduct daily surveillance inspections to ensure the installation has been done according to drawing and in compliance with Standard requirements.
