• Respond to inquiries from clients, identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives regarding their checking and saving accounts, loan applications and credit cards, cross-selling bank products and services.

Responsible for handling customer financial transactions, cross sell banks products, comply with CBE bank regulations and HSBC bank operations and security procedure.
