-Oversee supervision of the warehouse team and effective operation of packing, shipping, receiving and inventory-Support the Management in safe, efficient and economic running of the Warehouse-Oversee and participate in the preparation of items for shipping, receiving, storing and inventory-Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in shipping and receiving-Oversee and participate in incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of shipments, which includes lifting and carrying materials-Review records for accuracy and compliance with established procedures-Review shipping discrepancies as needed and work to rectify problems with relevant employees-Conduct Inventory counts-Order warehouse supplies when needed-Develop and maintain an effective department, assist in the selection, training, motivation and review of team members-Develop and maintain departmental standard operating procedures for all tasks.-Ensure that corporate programs regarding safety, security, care of equipment and facility are followed. Enforce OSHA compliance and to assure an "injury-free" workplace.-Make recommendations to improve quality of service and increase efficiency-Perform other related duties as assigned

-Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications-Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met-Setting customer service standards-Investigating and setting standards for quality, health and safety-Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level-Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures-Writing management and technical reports and customers’ charters-Determining training needs-Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality-Directing objectives to maximize profitability-Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information-Handling Inventory season

-Inspect all incoming products and oversee the overall quality and safety of a company's food products.-Inspect all facilities for compliance with standards, determining methods to resolve any issues that arise, review customer feedback and respond to any complaints.-Oversee the processes that ensure the product handling and storage by the proper way,-prepare reports for food quality status to relay to owners and upper-level management and may keep records of all tests and inspections that have been conducted.-Ensure that new product / new supplier policy according the standards.Health and Safety Responsibilities:-Ensure that the full range of health and safety risks are considered across the division and those with the highest priority.-Observe environmental, health and safety related signs, posters, warning signals and written directions.-Follow safe operating procedures and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) guidance applicable to work performed, if the work involves hazardous materials.-Report all unsafe conditions to their manager or safety committee as soon as is reasonably possible.-Coordinate with co-workers about defective equipment and other hazards.-Assist the safety director in research and safety programs.-Assist job superintendents-Ensure that the full range of health and safety risks are considered across the division and those with the highest priority.-Observe environmental, health and safety related signs, posters, warning signals and written directions.-Follow safe operating procedures and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) guidance applicable to work performed, if the work involves hazardous materials.-Report all unsafe conditions to their manager or safety committee as soon as is reasonably possible.-Coordinate with co-workers about defective equipment and other hazards-Assist the safety director in research and safety programs-Assist job superintendents in setting up files, completion of first reports of injury and OSHA record
