• Managed quality assurance program including on site evaluations, internal audits and customer surveys.• Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports• Works with the managed service providers to establish an overall inventory of hardware and software.• Monitors and evaluates the efficiency of system usage and make recommendations to management to improve performance Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructures• Assists in the development of disaster recovery plans with service providers and network carriers• Monitor network performance/utilization statistics and recommend/implement changes to ensure optimum network performance/utilization.
