- Daily reconciliation and settlement on Fawry different channels and resolve the emerging disputes.- Send daily reconciliation files to billers and different banks channels.- Reply billers and banks inquiries.- Reconcile company pools transactions.- Reconcile mobile wallets transactions.- Specify the failed transaction to be refunded.- Handling internal technical issues with the support team.- Preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports for all payments analysis and improvements.- Analyze account balances and activity for accuracy.responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and reporting all metrics to internal, external senior management

• Managing training logistics (venues, facilities, technical supplies, breaks, materials, handouts, attendance, evaluation, agenda).• Check training material periodically.• Organizing during training activities to provide support to participants and facilitator’s needs as well as ensure the completion of administration requirements.• Responsible for training opening, and introducing the instructor for the trainees.• Manage and problem solve concerns as they arise with trainees, trainers, site staff or contracting agency staff.• Lead the coordinators to handle post-training activities to identify participants’ feedback for further evaluation.• Review incoming invoices, process for authorization payments.• Follow up for accuracy of certificate information, insure availability and certificate dispatch to Administration Department.• Maintains a record of detailed cost of a training program for superior approval and to manage the operational budget, challenges the Quality Vs Cost Reduction equation.
