It is a huge and complicated project that stretches over 5.3 kilometers. I was appointed and approved by the project owner (PWA) as a Project Manager and Contractor representative at a critical stage of the project considering the massive details and history that extends for years.I was responsible for managing the completing of the remaining original scope of work, additional variations and handover the entire project successfully to the End-Users.

I have been approved by the project owner "Qatari Diar" as a Project Manager and the representative of the Contractor, to be fully responsible for all stages of this mixed-use development project comprises a 600,000 square meter of infrastructure, pavement, soft and hardscape project for retail, entertainment and cultural facilities all set along a 2.3 km waterfront promenade.

I have been tasked with, but not limited to, initiating and following up on the Project Handover Plan as well as arranging and chairing handover meetings with various stakeholders to secure end-users acceptance, in addition to manage the arrangement of the required deliverables in compliance with the project contract.

I was responsible for the roads and the infrastructure of 3.2 Kilometers of expressway project encompassing two main interchanges to compliment the future development of Doha city, my duties also were include managing project documents, the coordination with subcontractors and various stakeholders, in addition to attending management and coordination meetings with client and supervision consultant.

I have been responsible for the supervision of serval infrastructure projects that belonging to Jeddah municipality, my duties were includes review project documents, evaluate and approve the contractors' submittals and monitor / inspect construction activities by regular inspection to ensure that the contractor complies with project requirements
