Credit officer SMEs

Analyze company’s financial to identify the customer needs and offer them the suitable programs-Build financial models by presenting quality financial analysis and write-ups for annual reviews and memos incorporating all risks with strict adherence to CBE rules for the annual reviews of the existing clients and new commitments to renew packages-Effective monitoring on the expiry and renewals of granted facilities to ensure finalizing the required approvals before the target date.-Monitoring the facility utilization to ensure that it is within approved limit and structure and ensure prompt settlement of dues.Report Development-Maintain high quality of analysis by maintaining the agreed approval rate of cases submitted to risk department.-Providing case feedback within appropriate time to maintain customer quality service.-Accurate filling and carefully maintaining bank data, documents and forms in an efficient and timely manner according to bank’s procedure.Communication

-Follows the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the Business Banking department to ensure continuity of work.Policies, Processes and Procedures-Follows all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Focus on approved business through closing the new business deals. -Conduct sales meetings with targeted clients in designated branches jointly with zone heads / branch heads. - Making credit scoring in general mean “Credit Evaluation” -Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries for targeted clients by email, telephone and personal visits. -Maintain and develop a portfolio of key customer’s relationships. -Retain existing and acquire new accounts to consolidate their existing and/or new business that includes liabilities, assets, trade finance as well as cross selling CIB’s affiliates. -Ensure proper coordination with different bank areas to achieve objectives smoothly. Enhance client relationship to maximize client’s bottom line profitability to the bank. -Report number and volume of sales calls and products sold to both the Business Banking Distribution Manager & Branch Head on daily basis. -Generate new bookings and follow up on closing large ticket deals in all liabilities, assets & trade finance products. -Monitor and ensure regular feedback from all customers, and strengthen after sales service. -Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and colleague's bank wide.-Full awareness and adherence to Bank's Code of Conduct, Internal related policies and procedures, CBE regulations, Banking Law, AML law and Secrecy Law.-Perform any additional related task as assigned
