Planning Engineer (Sub Station - at Sopc)• Prepare and issue planning package as per contractual terms & conditions• Analyze schedule variance & plan remedy if there any negative variance• Coordinate with the project managers & construction managers to acquire data and specification for the schedule• Develop major milestone activities and establish a well-defined work breakdown structure which include all scope of work• Track and monitor progress of all activities from site team to make reports• Prepare weekly and monthly project reports• Monitoring and controlling the time schedule to meet the project plan and the stakeholders
