plastic and detergents manufacturing (powder - liquid - toilet soap)

The main product is sponge my role was directing all plant functions

1. Direct and scoordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures.2. Maintain a clean and safe plant.3. Establish and direct plant policies and procedures. 4. Establish and maintain a positive community relationship.5. Foster a well-trained and motivated staff.6. Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, and shipping.7. Select and train plant supervisory and administrative staff. 8. Conduct employee performance reviews.9. Schedule and conduct plant meetings. 10. Responsible for the product quality control for the plant.

Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of production engineers, maintenance engineer, technical operators and workers for the following departments:o ASD Process department (where detergents powder is manufactured). o Detergent packing department.o Toilet soap packing department.o Liquid soap department

o Responsibilities: Leading a staff of technical operators in grinding and sharpening department of razor blades
