1. Participate in setting the annual plans and quarterly targets for Plant Operational and Environmental KPI.2. Track, support results analysis and development of action plans.3. Lead the implementation of the Best Practices in operations and environmental fields in the Plant4. Coaching through Best Practices refreshment trainings to the site receptors.5. Communicate weekly KPI to the Head office.6. Track and analyze monthly plants expenses vs. monthly phasing7. EMS "Environmental Management System" & ISO 14001 implementation and maintenance8. Track resources consumption, Sustainability projects planning & executions9. Support Plant team in analyzing and action planning to ensure continuous improvement for using plant resources.10. Issuing all required non conformity reports and their corrective action plans.11. Represent the plant in all environmental issues

➢ Implement and follow up of Annual Efficiency Action Plan EAP projects.➢ Supervise projects to increase productivity.➢ Follow up of direct labor working hours.➢ Decrease indirect material costs.➢ Create and implement action plans to increase production lines OEE.➢ Supporting and spreading Pirelli Manufacturing System PMS activities in the factory to achieve efficiency and productivity targets.

➢ Communicating the Industrial KPI's within the factory.➢ Follow up and analysis of Production lines OEE.➢ Create and implement corrective actions for production Bottlenecks. ➢ Creating OEE files for new production lines.➢ Leading projects that increase resources productivity and process efficiency and effectiveness.➢ Supporting 5S allover the factory.➢ Spreading advanced improvement tools in the company like Process KAIZEN Engineer (PKE), Six Sigma, and Lean manufacturing and Value Stream Mapping (VSM).

➢ Managing daily stock orders.➢ Select the optimum DC to deliver spare parts demand to save cost.➢ Immediate response to meet demand.➢ Monitoring and controlling stock levels daily.
