Responsible for activation and testing the B2B services that based on MW and leased line between ISP and Customers and perform the proper troubleshooting procedures to diagnose any problem with the concerned teams.1- Responsible for configuring modems, routers, any other required equipment and testing them to ensure proper hardware operation.2- Review next day installation prepared plan by making sure that all components ( devices , cables , TE work orders ..) are available and all stakeholders are informed to ensure successful and smooth installation cases.3-Coordinate distributing of work to ensure proper workload distribution among available team members.4-Manage solving any obstacles that may delay the installation process.5-Work closely with customer during activation phase for his router configuration & troubleshoot for any problem and make sure that all services that the customer is provided with is working normally.6-Work with Etisalat technical teams for installing and activating customers, working with planning and solution team to check the available bandwidth in the region of customer & telecom deployment team, Huawei & Ericsson to check the path of MW.7-test all services with customer (Internet-L3VPN-L2VPN) & make sure that the customer gained the required speed.8- Update system with accurate technical data and close installed orders.

Responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring and managing the local and wide area networks of an organisation to ensure maximum uptime for users. The role can include designing system configurations, documenting and managing the installation of a new network, and maintaining and upgrading existing systems as necessary.1-Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment routers and switches2-maximise network performance by monitoring performance and troubleshooting network problems and outages.3-Maintain contact with outside providers representative in the maintenance, service and/or purchase of the LAN & WAN.4-Support remote ATMs and branches.5-troubleshooting and all thing of repairing process for all networks type of hardware including routers &switches.

The first line support for all end-user problems, troubleshooting and solving all problem that we facing and escalate the problems that need action from Network, security, and system teams.1-Serve as the first point of contact for customers 2-seeking technical assistance over the phone or email3-Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions4-Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel5-Follow-up and update customer status and information6-Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
