 Design all LC/LV systems as in all different stages (conceptual design, schematic design and detailed design) with respect to the local and international codes and standards. MEP Project manager. MEP Project Coordinator.  Coordinate with other MEP and architectural departments. Able to prepare complete design package including detailed design drawings /shop drawings . Perform the VALUE ENGINEERING task. Prepare the Tender documents (methods of measurements, B.O.Q and Specifications). Supervise on junior engineers and draftsmans. Prepare RFI to clinet. Prepare the drawings list and man hours for proposals.  Ability to use AutoCAD in the design. Ability to use Primavira in the time management. Attend the meeting with the clients and contractors.  Reply the RFI from the construction team and contractor during the Tender and construction phase. Prepare Assessment Report For Fire Protection and Life Safety.  Awareness of British & American Standards.  Awareness of local, Gulf states codes and operators requirements. Awareness of Qatar Regulations ( MOI, Ooredoo, GSAS, Lusail, …etc) Awareness of KSA Regulations ( SEC, …etc)

 Design and Build infrastructure Telecom Systems. Design and Build all LC. systems with respect to the local and international codes and standards.  Design and Build all LV. systems with respect to the local and international codes and standards. Design and Build all Mechanical systems with respect to the local and international codes and standards. Supervision on all Electromechanichal Work ( low current systems, low voltage electrical systems, Ventelation Systems, …etc.)  BOQ preparation. Study the whole entire project. Procurement/cost estimation. Shop drawing preparation review and submittal. Direct supervision of shop drawing . As built drawing preparation review and submittal. Coordinate with the Subcontractors and other trades for Installation. Prepare Cash flow ( In / Out ). Prepare manpower required. Prepare monthly resumes preparation with owner.  Prepare weekly , monthly & daily progress reports. Prepare master project schedule Time. Communicate with Consultant for discussing & solving any Pb. Prepare a purchase order for all materials. Make a periodical visit for the sites to ensure that work is done in accordance to the plans and specifications and required quality.
