Working as a port captain & marine operations manager for Pan Marine/Deep Sea supply vessels chartered by Pan Marine Petroleum to British Petroleum Egypt-AQ project, currently operating three PSVs- PX 105.

Monitor day to day ship’s operation for smooth activities at sea and port without delays andaccident.Ensure certification of vessel are valid and to avoid failure due non complianceTo ensure vessels are meeting reporting requirements and proper documentation as per ISM,ISPS, OSHAS 18000 & ISO 14001. These require constant monitoring of Drill, ACT andSafety.

• Liaising with Customers (Oil Majors, Subsea Construction Companies), Marine Brokers, Vessel Owners and other stakeholders in the Offshore Marine Industry.
• Establish and manage relationships with Charterers for all operational activities and identify further and/or new opportunities to develop the business further.
• Identify/establish long term objectives and strategically manage, complete/fill TENDERS, review & negotiate new contracts
• Prepare, Submit and follow up offers – Ensure Vessel utilization
• Ensure difficult post fixture issues, cases of claims/dispute with Owners or third parties are efficiently and fairly dealt with
• Responsible together for verifying vessels are compliant with all relevant legislation and the requirements of Classification Societies, producing variance reports for senior management as required.
