•Responsible for complete accounting cycle . (Revenue, Expense, Closing & Reporting).•Maintaining the Chart of Accounts; ensure adequate and proper classification among accounts groups.•Prepare monthly management reports•Manage all Oracle transaction entries for both Accounting and Financial Teams.•Maintain timely and accurate account reconciliations•Prepare revenue and expenditure variance analysis and capital assets accounting entries.•Prepare Monthly Financial Statements and Balance Sheet Reconciliation. •Prepare Monthly Financial Statements Presentation. •Ensure a clean & timely yearend audit and assist with financial audits, prepare audit schedules and interface with auditors•Ensure that all the financial transactions are properly accounted in the General Ledger and in the correct cost and profit centers•Responsible to prepare and distribute timely, accurate financial statement and all Analytical reports related and non-related to the financial statements•Reconcile Inter-Company accounts on monthly basis and submitted intercompany report on monthly basis.•Ensure posting run is complete for all expenses in a timely manner and cumulative monthly provision is revised as required.•Maintains updates all internal accounting policies in compliance with the updated IFRS ensuring consistency of applying such policies.•Handle tasks related to the monthly accounting closing process and accruals/provisions procedures.

Scope of work encompasses using Oracle Application to:•Verification of LPO’s, coding and posting of approved expenses in respective GL Accounts, cost centers and ensure approval per DOA for Opex & Capex. .• Ensure approved payments are released per agreed payment terms and all supporting documents are in compliance with Company Policies & Procedures. • Reconciling all the vendors accounts on monthly basis. •Review the outstanding balances (customer checks) & to calculate the late payment interest as per Policy.•Bank Reconciliation and calculate time deposit actual interest and accruals. •Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. • Approvals of month end accruals and amortizations. •Verification of monthly utility readings and production / communication of customer’s utilities invoices. •Issuing of contractors and suppliers checks. • Reviewing the contractors' invoices according to the related contracts.
