Managing Bank's investments in sovereign debt instruments (EGP, USD, and EUR) T-bills, T-bonds,and Eurobonds.  Submitting of bids in primary market auctions and execution of secondary market trading transactions.  Coordinating with Debt management unit team at Ministry of finance about any amendment in debt issuance calendar.  Being attentive to monitor the changes in the market on the macroeconomic level due to updates in fiscal and Monetary policies and their consequent effects on fiscal deficit, debt structure, cost of debt, yield curve, and prevailing market rates.  Managing bank's investments in Money market deposits (domestic and foreign), in conjunction with maintaining sufficient banknote (Cash) balances imported to cash vaults on a discount prices.  Executing a various foreign currency exchange transactions on behalf of bank's clients or to cover bank's FX position (either long or short positions), -Executing USD/EGP exchange Transactions with exchange bureaus in GCC region-MSBs plus managing trading in Interbank Market.  Maintaining the minimum reserve requirement with the Central Bank of Egypt, as a percentage of domestic and foreign deposits in parallel with making investments in the liquidity sterilizing instruments with central bank as (weekly deposit auction , variable interest rate deposits, and corridor mechanism).  Tracing and exploiting any opportunity that may generate revenues as Bid-ask spread transactions between our correspondents or related parties.
