•JDE system User •Locate vendors of materials, equipment, spare parts & Machines •Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies •Review purchase orders and contracts according to company policy.•Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures• negotiating contracts and formulating orders policies with suppliers.

* SAP System User •Holding all due payments of suppliers .•Getting offers after receiving purchase request to issue purchase order after comparing the items commercially & technically .•Preparing all the necessary procedures of getting the official approvals .Evaluate formal bid proposal process and recommend awards.Recommend final awards for purchase orders.Managing all Purchasing activities, both local & foreign.Manage all logistic activities for foreign purchased items.Research, develop bid proposals, specifications and negotiate terms prices.Oversee formal bid proposal process, evaluate responses, and recommend awards.Receive and review invoices for payment, match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation, review proper department account charge numbers and submit for payment.Resolve pricing discrepancies, delivery problems, problem requisitions and purchase orders.
