1-Account Payable (A/P) Working on SAP System  Review invoices and check requests. Sort and match invoices and check requests. Set invoices up for payment. Process checks requests. Prepare and process accounts payable checks, wire transfers and ACH payments. Reconciliation of payments. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date. Resolve invoice discrepancies. Vendor files maintenance. Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries. Produce monthly reports. Assist in month end closing. Staff expenses

1-Account Receivable (A/R) Management Accounting Check and control of issued invoices and delivery documents Make group invoice Follow up of payments receivable and collection of cheques Make ageing analysis Supervising / Controlling the Inventories 2- Account Payable (A/P) Management Accounting Checking vendor’s invoices  Compare price with other suppliers Control of purchase order Make ageing analysis Arrange payment as per invoices due date 3- Maintains pay roll and related expenses Maintain vacation and end of service Wages and salaries Staff loans 4- Bank Reconciliation  Make adjustment between the bank statement and our book of account in case of difference in the balance, to report the true amount of balance Maintains Letter of Credit and Letter of Guarantee 5- Follow up of all fixed assets Prepare statements and follow up fixed assets classification and the required adjustments each period or changes in the asset  Prepare reports Monthly additions and exclusions of asset Adjustment the monthly assets depreciation 6- Maintain Petty Cash 7- Maintain Prepaid and Accrued expenses 8- Contract and Constriction  Prepare project and all related documents (LC – LG - Etc...) Review actual costs with budget cost Review subcontractors contracts and Prepare extracts Arrange payment as per percentage of completion Review payment certificate from the ministry or owners compared to the actual completion rate and estimated  Check the duration of the project - deductions - suppliers – worker's salaries - insurance companies - Prepaid expenses - Accrued expenses - stores - assets and equipment for the project
