I am handling Mezzan subsidiaries recruitment and onboarding in Kuwait end-to-end processes; sourcing, shortlisting, screening, hiring manager interviews, selection and offering to joining contracts and onboarding. Directly involved in multi-million $ project recruitment with over 1,000 hires in 2016-2017. Managing online, social media, newspaper advertisements and job board job postings for local and overseas roles.

Worked directly with IMCO team in managing recruitment projects from initiation to completion including mobilization and demobilization projects. Managed technical and head office sourcing, interviews and onboarding. Coordinated with government relations team for visa processes and with overseas talent exit formalities.Prepared and submitted Embassies documentation for overseas recruitment (India, Egypt & Philippines) Managed all company travel ticketing & reservation activities and complied with company reservation policies and procedures and standards of guest service (handling guest problems, answering telephone esquires, pre-flight checks)
