- Infrastructure Monitoring implementation and configuration delivery using agent-based or agentless-based Microfocus tools (OBM & Operation Agent or SiteScope).-Application Performance monitoring using the APM and BPM solutions and the synthetic scenarios of user transactions which are been recorded by the VuGen tool.-Implementing the Operation Orchestration tool and customizing the required workflows for automation and integration purposes.-Data Analysis for the customer environment and the target requirements to provide the solution designs according to the best practices.-Handel the Customer operation requirements in a professional way to deliver valuable outcomes to the end users.-Troubleshooting any possible issues during the implementation or the configuration of the project.-Implement and Deploy Microfocus Solutions and its 3rd party integrations.-Working with Windows and UNIX environments.
