1. Experienced in Mechanical Maintenance of the steel melting plants. And responsible for mechanical maintenance of plant equipment including Ladle turret, tundish cars, molds steam exhaust system, strand guide rollers and equipment, Oscillation devices, withdrawal & straightening units, dummy bars and their storage units, oxygen cutting devices, runout rollers, pinch rolls, fixed & movable stoppers, cross transfer conveyor, billet lifting, cooling bed, hot billet charge system and all other equipment related to continuous casting machine of steel melting plant.2. Responsibility for the implementation of corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance plans for various factory machinery by preparing work orders accordingly and forming work groups.3. Monitor the Spare parts safety stock level in coordination with warehouses and release spare parts from warehouses.4. Responsible to provide complete analysis on root cause for machinery malfunctions, suggesting means to enhance efficiency through reducing downtimes.5. Prepared mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.6. Maintained maintenance records like daily work log book, job planning record, Plant Maintenance Program, Equipment record, Maintenance Schedule Record, History logbook record, etc.7. Utilized data from CMMS (SAP) to determine high-cost areas and perform root cause analysis to solve design, quality, and/or safety problems using corrective maintenance, predictive repair, and preventive maintenance methods.8. Managed mechanical manpower for the area & assigning specific responsibilities according to their experience and skills.9. Training the work team so that they are more qualified to perform mechanical maintenance tasks.10. Managed and supervised cross-functional teams in small and large continuous improvement and predictive repair projects on the scope.11.
