Here at Sosuv Consulting, I worked on various projects in Node.js, JAVA and Python and learnt about the fintech domain, FIX Protocol. OEMS (Order Execution Management System). Basics of proprietary trading .I joined as a junior Node.js backed developer for US based client in the Fintech domain. The application was a Microservices based for generating trading reports in JSON format. My role was to make change and introduce new rules in JavaScript for generating those reports. Here I learnt about Redis for data flow between various services, PM2, and GIT, Docker and deploying the changes to the server, JIRA for tracking the daily workI wrote a script(JavaScript) to fetch the data from multiple databases (MongoDB) and used various aggregation methods to generate the required outputThen I worked on writing the some part of backend of a trading application (simulator only) in JAVA language using Maven build tool, implementing FIX Protocol, which was built on top of quickfix/j library. I worked on creating the spring boot version of that too. Here I learnt about multithreading in JAVA and establishing multiple connections between quickfix application. In this application I used Apache Kafka for publishing the data from one application and subscribing to the data in other application.I created some part frontend of that application using ReactJSSkills : JAVA, ReactJSThen I worked on Crypto based project in python, where I wrote the backend logic of fetching the real time data using WebSocket API and wrote the test cases for that using Pytest
