Assignment: Provide Source -to –Pay solution for 100% spend visibility into govern the purchase of Product and /or service of the right quality, in the right quantity, at the right time, at the right price and from the right source.•Accountable for purchasing complex engineered materials, products and equipment in support of upstream & midstream oilfield operations facilities.•Prepare and issue of procurement plans, contract strategy and obtain necessary approvals.•Appraise of new suppliers by conducting Pr-qualification questionnaires for approved vendors list. •Executing of Purchase Requisition “PR” generated requirements by way of Purchase Order.•Strategically sourcing of goods, suppliers and potential alternatives in accordance with relevant procurement policies, procedures and regulations.•Create , manage and Post of many types of inquiry (RFQ, RFP, RFI, and ITT documents) /tender packages to suitable suppliers and/or (major OEMs) to obtain best value quotation/proposal with technical details, Specs and catalogs to facilitate technical and commercial evaluation bids . •Apply of the “4C” negotiation strategies to improve prices discount, terms, conditions and contract with suppliers in order to meet specified a high level of quality acceptance, Service, bid competitiveness and purchase- agreement.•Clarify of discrepancies and/or difficulties among end-users, shareholders, contractors & Suppliers.•PO amendment by Change-Order compliance with procurement strategy and policy.•Expediting critical project materials for timely delivery to final destination to meet demanding deadlines and scheduled need dates.•Provide daily, weekly and monthly procurement status reports. •Ensure agreed objectives and targets are achieved.
