- Supervises/manages activities and performance of the Account Advisors (local and offshore in middle east) in different sectors "Home applienc, Telecom, FMCG, Automotive & etc".- Responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to customers through the management of my team to include ensuring performance targets and objectives are met.- Intensively oversee separated action plan on the outliers and bottom quartile and commit to show progress regarding the failed area and take the correct action.- Monitors transactions to ensure that quality standards are met.- Coordinates, as needed with all departments to eliminate any problems affecting the operations.- Monitors performance metrics to optimize efficiency and maintain achievements.

1- Handling customer inquiries efficiently and accurately, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.2- Understanding and striving to meet call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.3- Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.4- Generate leads for sales team by screening callers and identifying potential sales opportunities.5- Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
