- Director of AFIS-ER program for MOI (+450MM SAR)

• Hosting Team lead (including staff development, recruitment and evaluation)• Have the operational responsibility of the hosting services• Prepare operational plans, Continuous service improvement and road-map development• Take a leading role in procurement and hardware installation• Contribute to user requirements analysis and strategic planning for service delivery• Investigate new technologies, evaluate, cost and maintain technical solutions• Assist other areas of information technologies.• Management of the projects related to Hosting Team• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation as it relates to hosting services• Create, request, and present technical specifications and requirements for purchasing of new hardware or software.• Participate in after-hours upgrades, troubleshooting, and/or on-call availability as needed.• Standard system administration duties including server install, System/Application install and patch management, Windows problem determination and resolution, log analysis, etc.• Provide hosting services in all areas: storage networking and management, Operating System, directory services, server virtualization, system backup and restore, system monitoring, application installation and configuration.
