• Properties management (Maintenance, facilities services, Service providers, Tendering).• Follow up on periodic maintenance work and prepare the daily maintenance reports.• Follow up on complaints and requests from tenants.• Received the tenant’s / suppliers’ calls, emails, WhatsApp, SMS and follow up with them.• Passing supplier invoices and following up on payments and prepare the monthly expenses reports.• Follow-up with government agencies such as the Electricity and Water Authority or the municipality, elc. in order to complete the required tasks.• Follow up the collection of rents from tenants, and prepare collection reports.
