Professional MEP project engineer The core responsibility is performing a technical, organizational and supervisory role on MEP construction projects.  Supervision the installation process till commissioning and testing for all above systems.  Main technical advisor on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.  Planning and organizing the work to be done within deadlines frame.  Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.  Commissioning and testing for all systems with the consultant.  Support the main contractor on project closing with the project owner for all deliverables. Current projects:  Working in a Mega Project 110 (Al Kayan al askary) building 8 & building 4 – HVAC & firefighting systems. (Consultant: Sabbour)  Working in Ministry Buildings of New capital - firefighting & Pluming systems. ( Consultant: Dar Al-Handasah).  Working in New Opera building of New capital – HVAC & Pluming systems.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:• Loading charges of dynamite HMX in the carrier inside guns with deferent diameters according to loading sheet of the job.• Redress for connectors which used between guns and equipments.• Redress for our tools such as shock absorber, ported balance isolation tool, mechanical firing head module 1&2, extended delay element, time delay firing head etc. • Understand and monitor the process of the job in the field step by step to recording it in job summary and job log documents. • Prepare the documents for the job such as loading sheet, job log, job summary, tool string schematic, ticket and customer satisfaction.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible of the preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance for Chevrolet and Opel brands (Cars and trucks).• Dealing with the customers and the technicians.• Dealing with warranty cases.• Responsible of the spare parts inventory based on the history.• Dealing with insurance and doing assays in the case of car accidents.• Troubleshooting using MDI (Multi Diagnoses Interface) with its computer software to determine the problem and programming the gearbox.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:• Responsible for Ericson project which serves Etisalat Company to work on strengthening networks of mobile.• Responsible of 60 sites of diesel generators from 15 K.V.A. to 25 K.V.A. engines (Cummins, Mitsubishi and Perkins) around Cairo with continuous operating conditions, doing PM (preventive maintenance) and fuelling schedules for the sites, troubleshooting of any breakdowns and coordinating with Etisalat to ensure that the sites are working properly.• Providing Ericson company with check lists, technical reports, overhauling requests, Consumables sheet and also request from them the PO (purchase order) and GRN (goods Received note) for a certain job.

I had worked with many international brands like (CUMMINS , PERKINS , MTU , DOOSAN , VOLVO PENTA , IVECO , LOVOL , JOHN DEERE and DEUTZ ) as a diesel engine and (STAMFORD , LEORY SOMER and MARATHON ) as alternator to produce a very wide range of power supply from 5 K.V.A. up to 3500 K.V.A. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Establishing productive work with technicians, planning dept. and design teams to maintain customer satisfaction.• Planning, determining, coordinating, supervision and controlling certain job order processes.• Ensuring that strong and efficient teamwork culture exists within the production team. • Taking initiation and directing various procedures to increase final outcome from the technicians in a timely effective manner. . • Identifying risk actions to the technicians to ensure safety.• Estimating staffing requirements, production times for operational decisions.• Coordinating work with assigned technicians, and outside vendors. • Test generator sets from 0 to 110 %loads and recording the various parameters such as (current, voltage, Hz, water temperature, Oil pressure) and checking all protections are working probably to ensure the quality of our product.• Doing Noise tests for sound proof canopies to ensure not exceeding the desired limit.• In process inspection to ensure Quality for various production stages.• Supervision of the alignment of the machine. • Supervision of coupling the diesel engine fly wheel with single or double bearing alternator disc or shaft and its flange adapter with SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) standards.• Implementing ISO-8528-2005 (Reciprocating internal combustion engine driven alternating current generating sets) and ISO 9001-2006 for documentation.• Factory acceptance testing (FAT) according to the user requirements.• Site acceptance testing (SAT) according to the validation documents.
