- Set up and manage SAP Practice.- Manage all aspects of pre-sales and delivery- Build SAP practice team for pre-sales and delivery- Manage exiting and new client.- Manage full-time and part-time team as well as partners/sub-contractors- Drive effective implementation strategies that are based on valid, customer-specific technology value propositions.- Manage delivery to ensure the overall success of the implementation/project delivery of SAP solutions and business processes.- Work with alliance team and sales team to build relevant alliances, drive GTM (Go to Market) strategy, delivery capabilities and solutions.- Must provide leadership and management for the assigned practice, and is expected to develop an effective team that will meet and exceed customer expectations.- Proactively build and grow a team culture that focuses on successful and enduring customer and partner relationships.- Mentor and nurture a team of professionals and create an effective practice team that is capable of solution development, sales enablement and delivery-market ready solutions.- Work with clients directly.
