Team Leader (AGM)– Central Region, Commercial Markets, CIBG, Samba Financial Group – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia responsible for:- Managing a portfolio of 160 borrowing medium & small enterprise relationships in addition to 450 liability Relationships in all fields of business through a team of 18 SRMs, RMs & Pas.- Minimize the risk to the bank while striving to enhance these relationships by way of increasing number & level of facility utilization, as well as generating an appropriate funding base for the business.- Responsible for improving the quality of staff by identifying each individual enhancement requirement, & covering them through on-job training, In house training, & outsourced available training, either countrywide or abroad.- Partially responsible for the quality of staff newly hired through attending interview, & evaluating the viability of hiring the interviewed staff. - Reporting directly to CM Regional Division Head about the quality of credit in each customer, status of portfolio renewals, TODs, maturing facilities settlements, & new relationships.- Handling and directly contacting corporate clients key persons- Reviewing & enhancing the quality of credit proposals, & ensuring the coverage of all credit issues of each proposed relationship, in addition to setting the on going strategy of each proposed relationship based on the relationship history & account conduct.- Providing corporate and banking solutions, corporate analysis, and financial analysis of each existing or new client.- Ensuring client satisfaction in an environment where the client’s needs are constantly changing.
